Many overlook the importance of the guarantee provided when choosing the right dental clinic for treatment abroad. Also, many national dental regulatory bodies in Western European countries strongly suggest their citizens to be fully aware of what to expect and what risks are involved. Globally, there is no legal framework, requirement and standard for a dental clinic to provide any form of guarantee. As a consequence, the guarantee becomes a question that should be asked before booking your treatment to ensure you will be looked after once you’ve had your treatment.

Below you will find our extensive guarantees available for patients seeking treatment abroad. Avita’s dental team will make every effort to ensure your treatment is carried out to the highest standard. This shows in our record low number of patients having to return or have corrective treatment.

Below is a list of the treatments covered by guarantee and the period for which they are covered:

Dental Implants

The implant screw itself is guaranteed against fracturing or breaking for a lifetime. If the implant fails (global statistics show a 5% failure rate) the clinic will replace it once without charge.

Dental Crowns and Full Veneers

Dental Crowns / Full Veneers and Dental Implant Crowns are guaranteed against breakages, chipping for a period of 5 years. If a minor repair is necessary, such as re-cementing, re-screwing, we would make a single maximum contribution of £100 towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.

Dental Bridges

We use only Ivoclar Vivadent, made in Europe, for Dental Bridges and these are guaranteed against breakages, chipping or cement failure for a period of 5 years. If a minor repair is necessary, such as re-cementing of your Dental Bridges, we would make a single maximum contribution of £100 towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.

Dental Laminate Veneers

We use only Ivoclar Vivadent, made in Europe, Dental Laminate Veneers and these are guaranteed against breakages, chipping or cement failure for a period of 5 years. If a minor repair is necessary, such as re-cementing of your Dental Laminate Veneers, we would make a single maximum contribution of £100 towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.

Dental Inlays / Onlays

We use only Ivoclar Vivadent, made in Europe, Dental Inlays and Onlays and these are guaranteed against breakages, chipping or cement failure for a period of 2 years. If a minor repair is necessary, such as re-cementing of your Inlay or Onlay, we will make a maximum single contribution of £50 towards you having the issue resolved in your home country.

Cosmetic Dentures

Our Cosmetic Dentures are guaranteed against breakages for a period of 1 year. If a minor repair is necessary for your Cosmetic Denture, we will reimburse the cost for you to have the issue resolved in your home country up to the value of £30.

Please be aware that the treatments listed below are not covered by guarantee:

• Dental fillings
• Root canal treatment
• Professional teeth whitening with laser
• Gum contouring
• Dental post procedures
• Deep cleaning
• Prior dental work performed at another clinic and/or by other dentists

In the event that you need to return to Antalya for corrective treatment, and if a defect of dentistry is established upon your return, all of your treatment costs will be offered by the clinic. Your accommodation and light ticket expenses belong to you. This Guarantee does not cover any other costs associated with travel and accommodation in respect of any agreement.
