Uğur Ağar.
One of our clinical dentists, Dt. Uğur ağar, graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry and continued his education at Cumhuriyet University. Later, he worked at Istanbul GATA and Erciyes University. Throughout his career, he has published eight scientific articles, three of which were in domestic journals, and five in foreign journals. From 1998 to 2019, he earned several professional certifications in dentistry, enabling him to provide world-class treatments.
Currently, he is working at Antlara Dental Clinic, where he mainly deals with orthodontic treatments. As an Orthodontist at Antlara Dental Clinic, he provides state-of-the-art Invisalign treatment and other services, such as Digital Smile Design, Aesthetic Dentistry, and more.
In the past, he used to feel thrilled whenever he witnessed a complete transformation in his patients following their treatments. However, having been in this profession for the past 25 years, it has become natural for him to become accustomed to it. Nonetheless, these days, he drives genuine pleasure from providing his patients with Invisalign treatments due to their convenience and high success rates, which have significantly improved, particularly after the pandemic.
He considers himself fortunate to have flexible working hours at the clinic, which enables him to take walks along the sea cliffs during free periods between patients. He strongly believes that he is meant to do what he does, and even if given the opportunity to be someone else, he would still choose to be an orthodontist. That being said, he sometimes entertains the idea of being a chef because he loves cooking and relishing good food.
